Unfortunately, it is inevitable that our children will be exposed to unhealthy content. That age of exposure is moving younger and younger. Join me in learning how to improve the strength of your relationship, how to increase joy in your home, and decrease parental anxiety and tension about screens. Your family as a whole, and your children individually will be better equipped to handle whatever they encounter on screen.

My Story

When I began writing this book with Steve Arterburn, I was a fearful limiter, thinking I was protecting my family well. It turns out that my approach was actually setting my children up to be more likely to engage with harmful content, like pornography!

Since 2020, I have been delving deep into the research, applying it personally with my own family and professionally with my clients.

As a result of my investigation into the most effective parental approach, my husband and I have actually increased our family screen time. We are now better leveraging our children's individual screen time, resulting in improved task completion and a decrease in whining. And everyone in the family is grateful that this mama is less anxious and controlling about screen time.

You and your family will also benefit from learning and applying this material. Let's strengthen our kids so that they can persevere and triumph through the digital battles ahead.
